A1 Beginner
The Beginner course is dedicated to all adults who have very little knowledge in English or haven’t studied the language before. The course introduces the language to the participants from scratch, through interactive teaching methods, games, roleplays and audio-video support. Based on materials created by university professors and due to its intense structure, the course serves as a kickstart for all new learners who wish to gather all the necessary base information in a very short amount of time. By the end of the course, all participants will be able to express their ideas about holidays, past actions, their daily routine and future plans and wishes.
Each group consists of 6-8 participants
Duration of the course: 30 meetings, 60 academic hours (10 weeks, 90 minutes/day, 3 days/week)

A2 Elementary
The Elementary course aims to set the basic foundation of the English language and it is dedicated to adults with limited vocabulary and grammar knowledge. This level focuses on offering the necessary knowledge and practice in order for the participants to be able to express their ideas regarding many topics of a general interest, through a yet limited vocabulary. The course introduces new knowledge through interactive teaching methods, games, roleplays and audio-video support. Enrollment to this level requires previous testing of the participants.
Each group consists of 6-8 participants.

A2-B1 Pre-Intermediate
he Pre-Intermediate group is the perfect choice for all adults, who have the basic grammar, vocabulary and speaking skills under control and know how to utilise them the correct way. This course focuses on gathering new knowledge and new conversational skills, through interactive teaching methods, games, roleplays and audio-video support. By the end of the course all participants will be able to understand written and spoken English quite well, and to express their ideas fluently regarding the most common topics of general interest. Enrollment to this level requires previous testing of the participants.
Each group consists of 6-8 participants.

B1-B2 Intermediate
The Intermediate course will help all participants to develop new skills and gather new knowledge in English. Grammar is taught through the method of comparison, to understand the differences between the various tenses and structures. This course is ideal for all adults, who can already sustain a conversation in English with ease regarding common topics of interest (like holidays, technology, experiences, future wishes…), but might experience difficulties in choosing the correct tenses/forms depending on the idea they’d like to express. New knowledge is acquired through interactive teaching methods, games, roleplays and audio-video support. Enrollment to this level requires previous testing of the participants.

B2 Upper-Intermediate
The Upper-Intermediate course will help all participants to develop even more and newer conversational skills and will also help consolidate previous grammar knowledge. The course offers a wide range of conversation topics, gives the participants the opportunity of taking part in different debates, building an even stronger vocabulary along the way. By the end of the course all participants will be able to speak correctly and fluently regarding many different topics. Each lesson ensures the use of interactive teaching methods, games, roleplays and audio-video support. Enrollment to this level requires previous testing of the participants.

C1 Advanced
The Advanced course is dedicated to all adults who already have high conversational skills in English and can sustain a conversation with ease regarding any topic. The course offers an extended range of expressions, idioms, phrasal verbs and other structures commonly used by native speakers. The purpose of the course is to refine vocabulary and to make all participants sound more like a native speaker. Each lesson ensures the use of interactive teaching methods, games, roleplays and audio-video support. Enrollment to this level requires previous testing of the participants.

1 to 1 Private Lessons
You can choose from the following languages: English as second language / Hungarian as second language.
Offer 1: 1900 RON/month
Contains 2 private sessions/week. The days and time period are chosen together with the participant, depending on their needs and availability.
The course structure is entirely tailored to the client’s needs. The duration of each individual meeting is 60-70 minutes.
The first meeting is free of charge and has its role to understand the client’s needs and to set a suitable curriculum based on that.
Offer 2: 1000 RON/month
Contains 1 private session/week. The days and time period are chosen together with the participant, depending on their needs and availability.
The course structure is entirely tailored to the client’s needs. The duration of each individual meeting is 60-70 minutes.
The first meeting is free of charge and has its role to understand the client’s needs and to set a suitable curriculum based on that.
Ensure your place for a trimester to any of the private sessions, having an advance payment of 3 months, and get a 5% discount on the total amount.
If the participant requests private sessions over the weekend, an additional fee of 50% is charged to the prices of the offers mentioned above.
Exam Prep Course for standardized tests
Rise English offers a variety of exam preparation courses, in the form of individual or semi-individual sessions for adults who wish to take one of the following exams: TOEFL, Cambridge, or IELTS.
